We had such a great experience at the Comfort Inn! From the moment we checked in, the service was genuinely kind and welcoming. We accidentally ended up with an extra person in our group, and instead of making it stressful, he immediately upgraded our room to make sure we were comfortable. That small act of consideration made a huge difference for us. He also took the time to give us recommendations on things to do around the area, which we really appreciated. It didn’t feel rushed or scripted, he actually cared and gave us helpful advice that made our trip even better. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed, but the customer service truly stood out. You can tell they value their guests here. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area , we would absolutely come back!
Had a really nice stay here. The room was clean, comfortable, and everything was taken care of. The owner, Adam, was super on top of things and made sure guests were happy, which I really appreciated. You can tell he cares about the place and the people staying there. Overall a great experience and I’d definitely stay again.

Based on previous reviews I was very concerned about staying here. But, I didn’t need to be. The lobby is nice and airy and we were greeted by very friendly staff. We stayed in an end room on the 3rd floor, because it was a bigger room and we were staying for a week so they wanted us to have that extra little space. It was very clean and spacious. It just needed a lamp for the extra little sitting area and they found one for us! Breakfast was always ready on time. Serving items from waffles, eggs & sausage to cereals, yogurts, juice & coffee. If you’re a coffee enthusiast you might want to bring your own, but it is what you expect for hotel coffee. Or visit the cute local shops nearby, like Honeylux. Adam, the manager, was very friendly and offered suggestions to local eateries. They were all amazing, so don’t hesitate to ask him for suggestions. All in all we enjoyed our stay at Comfort Inn Watsonville.

Breakfast was a highlight — the waffles were absolutely delicious and the perfect way to start the day! A special shout out to Adam for going above and beyond. He gave us the best recommendations for places to explore and was genuinely kind, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. His advice truly enhanced our trip. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a smooth, welcoming experience!
